With the optional V8 engine, you’ve got plenty of power available at your command. Explorer’s optional all-new, aluminum 4.6L Triton™ V8 delivers 239 horsepower at 4750 rpm and 282 lbs.-ft. of torque at 4000 rpm.

The all-new Explorer 2002 is roomier than ever. With optional 7-passenger seating and the most third-row head and leg room in its class, you can load up the gang without squeezing them in.
